Orange Ginger Curried Tempe(or marinade for anything)




3 cloves garlic minced

1/8 onion minced

1 T smoked paprika(sweet or hot)

1 t dried dill

1 t dried basil

1 t ginger powder

1 t corriander

1/2 t black pepper

2 T yellow curry powder

1 whole orange zest and juice (enough to = 1/8 C of juice)

2 T braggs liquid amino or soy sauce or tamari

1 t red curry paste

2 T honey (or agave to make it vegan)

1/2 C waterPackage of Tempe or whatever you want to marinate


cut one 8 oz block of tempe in quarters

Mix ingredients together

Marinate tempe a couple of hours or over night

Pan Fry, grill or bake
