Granola

 

 

Ingredients
2/3 C oil (we love coconut oil) 1 C honey or maple syrup 4 C oats 1 C pumpkin seeds 1 C sunflower seeds 1 C shredded unsweetened coconut 1 C Almonds (sliced or chop yourself) 1 C walnuts (chopped) sheet of tinfoil
Directions
 Mix all dry ingredients thoroughly  in a bowl. Add oil and maple/honey last & mix thoroughly. Spread evenly on a greased baking sheet Bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes Take out of oven and Stir Bake for 15-25 more minutes until it is light golden brown Pour from baking sheet onto a sheet of tinfoil--immediately while hot *This is the basic recipe & is perfect as is. Feel free to get creative. Add cinnamon or vanilla before you bake it. Add dried fruit and different nuts after you bake it.
