1/4 C fresh parsley
2-3 C chopped Kale
1/4 C coconut oil
1-2 TBS miso(depending on how salty you like it)
1/2 c sunflower seeds
1/4 C pecans
1 Clove garlic
2 tsp sun dried tomatoes
salt & pepper to taste
Blend in food processor or blender until it looks smooth
Add more coconut oil or a little water if you have trouble blending
*This looks pretty stuffed in cherry tomatoes(cut in half).
*Good as a spread on crackers or on rice or pasta.
