Mango Simple Summer Salad

 

 

Ingredients
2 Mangos (sliced) 2 Cucumbers (diced) 2 Avocados (diced) 2-3 cloves of garlic(diced) salt(replace salt w/ ½ T Liquid Amino Braggs)& pepper to taste 1 T olive oil
Directions

Blend Garlic, salt or Liquid Amino, and Olive Oil with blender or Food Processor. (You can also stir by hand-just chop garlic fine)

Chop veggies & add above dressing

Top with sliced Mango

You can also add goat cheese & scallions to take it to the next level.
