Ingredient List 1:
1 1/2 cups oat flour
1/2 C Almond Meal
1/4 C maple syrup (or 1/3 C brown sugar)
2 t baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. cinnamon
Ingredient List 2
1 C Apples peeled & chopped
1 C carrots (grated)
3/4 C apple sauce
1/2 C almond milk (may replace with soy or rice milk)
2 T Ground flax seed
6 T water
2 T coconut oil
1 t. vanilla
Put oats in a food processor & grind till it looks like a flour
Mix Ingredient List 1 in a bowl.
In mixing bowl mix Ingredient List 2.
Mix Ingredient List 1 and Ingredient List 2 together. Mixing thoroughly.
Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out dry
*For extra love-add 1/2 C raisins And or 1/2 C dried coconut Be Creative!
